FIR NEEDLE CHAI ELECTUARY MEDICINAL HONEY

An electuary is a delicious combination of honey and powdered herbs which I powder freshly myself for each batch. This sweet-tasting, ancient preparation is a wonderful way to add more beneficial herbs to your diet, even if you have a picky palette. Stir a spoonful of my handcrafted (I lovingly mix each jar by hand) herbal honeys into tea, eat off the spoon, slather some on toast, add a dollop to oatmeal… the possibilities are endless!

Indulge with this spicy aromatic Chai. Thoughtfully hand blended with freshly ground spices and wildcrafted Douglas Fir needles. Chai is delicious and a wonderful aid for indigestion, nausea, and supports the immune system. Douglas Fir needles are high in vitamin c, are known to support the immune system and are considered anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. They also bring about a calming energy 

Tastes like a walk through a dense evergreen forest, with heavy notes of cinnamon and clove.

SUGGESTED USE: 1-2 teaspoons up to 3x per day.  ** Do not give raw honey to children under the age of 1 **

Color may vary each batch. If settling occurs simply stir to re-combine the herbs & honey.  Crystallization may occur. Crystallized honey still contains the flavor and health benefits but has simply changed texture. In hot weather honey will become more runny, please use caution opening your package in warmer months.  Store in a cool, dark, moisture free place. Use within 12 months of purchase for best potency.
