**Due to the nature of our products, we have a no return/refund policy & do not except exchanges**. Please see below if you have received an item damaged or have another issue you'd like to speak to us about:

Damages and issues :
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that if you have items that have arrived damaged USPS policy is you, the buyer, are responsible for bringing the damaged package into your local post office (USPS). PRODUCT LIFE: Some of the products offered on this site should be used within 6-12 months - due to being all natural, unrefined with no synthetic preservatives added.
