Shipping policy
*All orders are processed within 5 business days WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ELDERBERRY SYRUP produced by Grace, Love & Thyme Apothecary - which has a 7-10 day shipping timeline as its made per order to ensure you receive the freshest product.
*We are not responsible for any lost, broken, or damaged claims once the items have been scanned into possession by USPS. All lost and damaged claims must be made through USPS website. For damaged items: all boxes, packing materials, and damaged items must be saved until the claim is processed for USPS to validate your claim. Incorrect Shipping Address & Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it's recognized as a valid address via USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Grace, Love & Thyme Apothecary can not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package. If the package is returned to Grace, Love & Thyme Apothecary because of incorrect address given via the customer, the customer will be responsible for another shipping fee to have the package reshipped.
