Suggested Use: 1-3 dropperfuls (1 dropperful is equivalent to about 28 drops), 1-3 times per day OR as needed. Can be added to a small amount of juice, water, seltzer or your favorite local, raw honey.

Shake well before each use. I double strain all my products but sediment does occur. Drink it up, it’s good medicine! 

CHINESE SKULLCAP - the herbal extract helps reverse inflammatory cascades, helping normalize IgE, IgG and histamine levels and resolving inflammation of the nasal passages and lungs -research has shown that chinese skullcap decreases inflammatory mediators of the allergic response and helps to modulate the Th1/Th2 balance. 
GROUND IVY - treats colds, hay fever, allergic rhinitis and bronchi as it dries secretions and inflammation. Acts as a lymphatic mover for ear/nose/throat, to get stagnation in these areas moving. 

PEACH LEAF - can help calm hyperimmune responses, including allergic reactions and some autoimmune conditions associated with heat. 

HOLY BASIL -   activity as an anti-histamine has been found to affect histamine’s H2 receptor, great news for those with histamine intolerance/histaminosis/mastocytosis/mast cell activation disorders or anyone with allergies in general. 
YERBA SANTA - warming and stimulating to the respiratory system; reduces inflammation in the sinuses, throat, and lungs; and dries excessive secretions of the lungs or upper respiratory tract. 

GOLDENROD - is a premier decongestant, effectively alleviating upper respiratory congestion stemming from allergies, sinusitis, flu, or the common cold.
