What is the Turn Around Time?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. During busy periods (Fall & Winter) it may take a few extra days to get your product(s) shipped out.
How much and how often do I take Elderberry Syrup?
Suggested use for Elderberry Syrup is 1 tablespoon for Adults daily and 1 teaspoon for kids as a preventative dose. During times of sickness dose can be repeated 3-4 times per day.
How many servings does one bottle of Elderberry Syrup?
One 16 oz bottle of Elderberry Syrup contains about 32 adult servings.
The Brew It Yourself Elderberry Syrup Kit contains 192 teaspoon servings (child doses) or 64 tablespoon servings (adult doses).
Is it safe for children?
Elderberry Syrup is safe and effective for all age groups over 1 year old, however if you or your child have chronic health conditions or are on medications, please check with your healthcare provider before starting Elderberry. *Not for children under one year of age as the syrup contains raw honey*
Why is the consistency of the Syrup/Kits not thick?
There are zero artificial preservatives, artificial thickeners, cane sugar or other artificial additives in my products! If you are unfamiliar with homemade, 100% junk free Elderberry Syrup - it is more of a juice like consistency - pure ingredients, the way nature intended.
What about pregnant and nursing mothers? Auto-immune disease?
Pregnant or nursing mothers and individuals with known medical conditions should consult their healthcare practitioners before using this or any supplement. If you have known auto immune disease please consult your healthcare provider prior to starting any new supplements.
How long will a Elderberry Syrup Brew It Yourself kit last before its brewed?
Store your Kit in a cool, dry place and it will last 12 months.
Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of the products we are not able to accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or broken: please file a claim with your local post office. Please send pictures and proof of damage to: graceloveandthyme@gmail.com
